This semi-sweet wine is produced at the Barón de Ley winery in La Rioja. His blend is different and that brings success. Fermentation is slow and long. The temperature is reduced to -4ºC to preserve the grapes’ natural sugars and relatively low alcohol levels. Its main strength lies in preserving the primary flavors of the grapes.

Barón de Ley

This is a classic white wine from Rioja. The grapes are harvested by hand. Before pressing, the grapes are cold macerated to achieve maximum flavor. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, making the wine more voluminous, after which the grape varieties are blended, stabilized and bottled.
